1. Boosted Dual+ 2000W Electric Skateboard
With a Loaded Vanguard deck, the Boosted Dual+ 2000W electric skateboards tops the list of the top 4 electric skateboards because of its smooth cruising feel. Among the rest of the electric skateboards on this list, the Boosted Dual+ electric skateboard is the one that most feels like using a regular longboard; that is until you start going up a hill without pushing.
The Boosted Dual+ features automotive grade batteries and a sleek design which virtually eliminates the ugly corners and battery packs that plague other electric skateboards. Altogether, the Boosted Board only weighs 13.5 lbs which is easy enough to carry once you run out of the road.
The Boosted Dual+ features a Loaded Vanguard deck and Orangatang In Heat wheels. These components combined with excellent Caliber trucks allow riding the Boosted electric skateboard to feel like riding a snowboard on the road.
The excellent batteries give the Boosted Dual+ electric skateboard an average range of 7 miles and a top speed that ramps up from 10 to 22 mph as you become more experienced riding the board. With a custom designed wireless controller that feels made for your hand, the Boosted Dual+ is quite simply the best electric skateboard on the market today.

The Yuneec E-Go cruiser’s main advantage over the rest of the electric skateboard market is its price and range. Compared to the Boosted Board and the Marbel Board, the Yuneec E-Go cruiser is cheaper! For a range of 18 miles, this is impossible to beat.

The Yuneec E-Go 2 manages to do this because it only has one motor as compared to the Boosted Dual+’s two. While this leads to a longer range, it also causes the lower top speed. 3. Benchwheel Electric Skateboard
Looking more like a traditional longboard than the Acton Blink Lite
or the Yuneec E-Go 2
, the Benchwheel
is a very affordable option for consumers looking to get into the sport of electric skateboarding which makes it #4 on our list of top electric skateboards.
All of the electronics except for the motors on this electric skateboard stay safe within a metal box that runs along the length of the board. Not only does this protect the electronics, it also features a very slim profile so that you can go over large bumps in the road without scratching any part of the board.
The Benchwheel hits a top speed of 20 mph which is great for those consumers looking for an affordable electric skateboard and a high top speed in the same place. This top speed comes with a range of around 15 miles depending on usage and the rider’s weight.
Compared to other top electric skateboard’s remotes like Boosted and Yuneec, the Benchwheel remote connects of 2.4 Ghz which tends to be more reliable. You don’t have to worry about connection issues throwing you off your electric skateboard with the Benchwheel.
The Benchwheel is perfect for consumers looking for an electric skateboard that will get them around. It might not be a powerhouse like the Enertion Raptor but it’s mix of affordability and an amazing range and top speed make the Benchwheel one of the top 4 electric skateboards in 2019. For more information, see our full review of the Benchwheel with all of its advantages and disadvantages.
4. Genesis HellFire
The Genesis HellFire has a similar board shape to the Benchwheel but with slightly changed characteristics. This top electric skateboard has a top speed of 20 mph and can go for a range of 20 miles, over 5 miles further than the Benchwheel.
The Genesis HellFire has dual motors which power it up any hill less than a 20-degree incline easily. To power these motors, it comes with a lithium ion battery that is able to go from empty to fully charged in only 2.5 hours.
One thing that frequent riders might like are the large 90mm wheels. These large wheels help make the ride smoother and can go over bigger bumps or pebbles on the pavement. Altogether, the Genesis Hellfire comes in cheaper than the Yuneec E-go 2 and, with a different board shape and dual motors, does sacrifice anything in quality.
